Doctor of Chiropractic
Dr. Joshua Parrish is a native of the LaBelle area. He graduated from LaBelle High School top ten in his class in 2000. He attended Edison College where he received an Associate of Arts degree. He then transferred to Florida Gulf Coast University for a year to complete required courses for a Bachelor's of Science degree in Human Biology in 2005. He went to graduate school at Logan College of Chiropractic where he received his Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2009.
Dr. Josh is excited about being back in his home town to practice chiropractic at his newly opened office right in the heart of town. Parrish Family Chiropractic is proud to be a part of the LaBelle Community and wants to support it in whatever way it can.
Dr. Josh is certified in Activator Methods. He also uses Thompson technique along with Diversified. Dr. Josh wants to help as many people as he can with his knowledge and experience with athletic injuries in his past. Dr. Josh was interested in chiropractic due to having a low back injury himself while playing baseball in high school. He was treated with chiropractic care to correct his low back condition and has been very intrigued since. He has since had ankle sprains and a shoulder injury which was treated with chiropractic care.
Dr. Josh is a member of the Florida Chiropractic Association, American
Chiropractic Association, and the LaBelle Chamber of Commerce.
Selena Parrish, D.C.
Doctor of Chiropractic
Dr. Selena grew up in Fort Campbell, Kentucky, where she graduated from Fort Campbell High School top 10 of her graduating class in 2000. She spent her freshman year of college at the University of Kentucky, then transferred to the University of Louisville her sophomore year. She graduated from the University of Louisville in 2005 with a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Business Marketing. She attended graduate school at Logan College of Chiropractic and graduated in 2009 with a Doctor of Chiropractic.
Dr. Selena now resides in Florida and works in LaBelle at Parrish Family Chiropractic as a licensed Chiropractic Physician. Dr. Selena is a member of the Florida Chiropractic Association.
Dr. Selena uses several different chiropractic techniques including Diversified, Logan Basic, Webster Technique, Cox-Flexion Distraction, and Activator Methods. She is also certified to perform acupuncture therapy, which has proven to be a welcome addition to Parrish Family Chiropractic, LaBelle, and the surrounding community.
Cassidy Pascher Foutch, DC
Doctor of Chiropractic
Dr. Cassidy Pascher Foutch is a LaBelle native. She attended LaBelle High School and graduated Salutatorian while earning distinction towards a biomedical engineering degree in 2015. She was in a car accident while attending FGCU, which resulted in her being treated here at Parrish Family Chiropractic and changed her career trajectory to Chiropractic. She completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Health Sciences in 2017 and her Doctorate of Chiropractic at Logan University in 2020. During her time in school and over the past 5 years, she has developed a passion and skill for combining chiropractic with soft tissue therapies and therapeutic rehabilitation to ensure patient pain source resolution.
While not treating patients, you can find Dr. Cassidy spending time with her family, taking long walks, exploring new coffee shops, reading and listening to new podcasts and baking healthy(ish) treats.
She takes ultimate pride in using the gifts God gave her to help people find the healthiest versions of themselves!

Dr. Josh and Dr. Selena were married in October of 2009, just months after graduating from chiropractic school. They've been growing their business and their family ever since. The doctors now have two young children, Brantley and Payton. When the doctors aren't taking care of patients and running the practice, they are busy taking their kids to and from church, dance classes, musical theater classes, flag football, baseball, and homeschooling, or out on adventures in their RV. The Parrishes are happy to be in the community of LaBelle, and do what they can to support other businesses, organizations, and individuals in LaBelle and the surrounding area.
